Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by BrandSignalStudio. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
BrandSignalStudio provides brand strategy, media relations, press communications, and executive profiling services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in the individual project proposal or statement of work.
2. Engagement Terms
All engagements begin upon written confirmation and receipt of the agreed initial payment. Project timelines commence from the date all required materials and briefs are received from the client.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly surcharge. All prices are quoted in EUR and are exclusive of applicable VAT (Mehrwertsteuer).
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all deliverables produced under the engagement. BrandSignalStudio retains the right to reference the engagement in portfolio and case study materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.
6. Limitation of Liability
BrandSignalStudio's liability is limited to the total value of the engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Media placement outcomes are subject to editorial discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced proportionally. Pre-paid amounts for undelivered work will be refunded.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Muenster, Germany.
Refund & Reimbursement Policy
BrandSignalStudio is committed to delivering high-quality brand strategy and media relations services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Project-Based Engagements
For fixed-fee project engagements, refunds are evaluated based on project milestones completed. If a project is terminated before completion, the client will be invoiced for the percentage of work completed proportional to the total project scope.
2. Pre-Payment Refunds
If payment has been received but work has not yet commenced, a full refund may be issued within 7 days of payment, subject to a processing fee of 5% of the transaction amount.
3. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with the deliverables, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the feedback and, at our discretion, offer revisions, additional work, or a partial refund proportional to the unsatisfactory portion of the deliverables.
4. Media Placement Outcomes
BrandSignalStudio provides media placement services on a best-efforts basis. As editorial decisions are made by third-party publications, we cannot guarantee specific placement outcomes. Refunds are not issued based on media placement results.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. VAT-refundable amounts will be handled in accordance with German tax regulations.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any refund disputes shall be resolved through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Muenster, Germany, in accordance with applicable German law.
